APPLICATION
Aapplication is the most important part of the lesson. Don’t just have it be another cute story – make it real to them. Leave them with a challenge, a concrete way to use what they have learned. When designing your lesson, think about the application first because it is the most important. Leave plenty of time– don’t rush through the application!
These are excellent tools because most of them incorporate the main ideas you want taught from the lesson but also place an emphasis on the application to everyday life. They are easy to prepare and can be adapted to most age levels. All of these can also be used in formal teaching lesson, as well as small groups (such as personal training time or C8 groups).
*Another use for these is personal quiet times for anyone from 5 to 95 years of age -- and even for family devotions!*
